Requirements
- Transcripts must be sent to CASPA from all United states and English-speaking Canadian institutions you lot listed in the Colleges Attended department of your application, even if the courses later transferred to another institution. We cannot process your application without receiving all of your transcripts.
- Do not ship foreign transcripts (not-U.s.a./non-English-Canadian). This includes transcripts from Caribbean and French-Canadian schools. We cannot accept these documents and they will be destroyed. See the Foreign and French-Canadian Transcripts department for more details.
- Transcripts must be original. Transcripts that are photocopied, faxed, on file at a career center or Interfolio, etc. are non accepted.
- Transcripts must exist addressed to CASPA. Transcripts addressed to you, a program, schoolhouse, or any accost other than CASPA are not accepted.
- Transcripts must exist mailed by your registrar. For security purposes, we cannot take transcripts mailed by you or anyone other than the registrar. If anything on your transcript indicates that it was issued to the educatee, picked up by you lot, or mailed to any address other than CASPA, your transcript volition be rejected and you will demand to ship a new one.

How to Send Usa or English-Canadian Transcripts
- Enter your colleges or universities in the Colleges Attended department before requesting any transcripts.
- Click Order under each schoolhouse listed.
- Select if you are ordering an electronic transcript (recommended) or submitting a transcript via post. You lot only need to submit ane transcript from each schoolhouse regardless of the number of programs you're applying to.
- Some schools are part of a higher district (e.g., Maricopa County Community College Commune, San Diego Community College, San Mateo Community College Commune, etc.). - If submitting a transcript via mail, click Download Transcript ID Course and print the class. Review Sending Transcripts past Postal service below for more guidance.
- Click I Ordered My Transcript once you lot either requested an electronic transcript or downloaded the Transcript ID grade. Or, click I Will Practise This Later to render to Colleges Attended.
- Follow up with your schoolhouse(s) to ensure that your transcripts were mailed, and obtain the date they sent them. Exist enlightened that processing times vary by schoolhouse and may take longer towards the end of a semester. Some schools may not send your transcript until the semester is over.

Sending Transcripts by Mail service

Sending Transcripts Electronically
In rare cases, if your institution cannot submit official transcripts by mail or electronically from Credentials Solutions, Parchment, or National Student Clearinghouse due to the COVID-xix pandemic, we can accept official transcripts sent via email from the Registrar straight. We cannot accept transcripts sent via electronic mail from applicants.
CASPA only accepts electronic transcripts from Credentials Solutions, Parchment, and National Student Clearinghouse. If your schoolhouse does not offer whatsoever of these services, your transcript must be sent by mail service.
If your schoolhouse requires that you use a service other than Credentials Solutions, Parchment, or National Educatee Clearinghouse, you lot should ask that service to mail the transcripts instead of sending them electronically. Since you lot cannot include the Transcript ID Course, you should include your total CASPA ID number when inbound the CASPA mailing address.
When using any of these services, select CASPA as the recipient. If yous can't select CASPA and instead are asked for an email address, your transcript must be sent by postal service. Do not send your transcript to the CASPA customer service email.
Credentials Solutions
Confirm that your school offers the Credentials Solutions service. If your schoolhouse is not listed, your transcript must be sent by mail. If your school is listed, follow the instructions to proceed. Once your transcript is requested, it takes up to five business days for it to post to your application. If your transcript is non posted after this timeframe, contact Credentials Solutions directly to ostend the order was completed, and then contact customer service.
Parchment
Confirm that your school offers the Parchment service. If your school is not listed, your transcript must be sent by mail. If your school is listed, follow the instructions to proceed. Once your transcript is requested, it takes up to five business days for information technology to postal service to your awarding. If your transcript is not posted after this timeframe, contact Parchment directly to confirm the order was completed, and then contact customer service.
National Student Clearinghouse
Confirm that your schoolhouse offers the National Student Clearinghouse service. If your school is non listed, your transcript must be sent by mail. If your schoolhouse is listed, consummate the following:
- From the menu bar, click Society–Track–Verify > Order a Transcript.
- Enter the school you wish to lodge a transcript from, then click Continue.
- Click Guild Transcript.
- Follow the prompts and enter the required information.
- When selecting the recipient (i.eastward., Who are you sending your transcript to?), select Educational Arrangement, Application Service and Scholarships.
- When entering recipient details, select CASPA from the Select Organisation drop-downward, then enter the CAS Transcript ID. This ID is located in the CASPA on-screen instructions when ordering electronic transcripts and below the barcode on the Transcript ID Form issued to you by CASPA (the barcode is located in the upper right corner of this form). Posting Delays

Rejected Transcripts
The following scenarios can cause transcripts to exist rejected and should be avoided whenever possible:
- A transcript is unofficial, marked as student-issued, or is addressed to someone other than CASPA.
- A transcript is missing pages or was severely damaged in the postal service.
- A certificate received by CASPA is not a transcript.
- An wrong transcript was received; this can occur when another student at your school has the aforementioned or like proper name and you did not provide plenty data to the registrar when you lot requested your transcript. Be sure to provide your schools with equally much information as possible so they can properly identify your records.
Closed Schools
If your school closed, yous must ostend that your academic records can still be obtained.
